Does house cleaning include laundry?
No, house cleaning services do not include laundry. Our standard cleaning focuses on dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing your home. However, laundry service can be requested for an additional fee upon availability.
Do you offer a pricing plan?
We don’t have fixed packages because every home is different. However, we accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience — check, credit/debit card, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If any area didn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly come back to re-clean those areas at no additional cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Can you clean inside appliances or cabinets?
Yes! We can clean inside ovens, refrigerators, and cabinets for an additional fee. Please call us for more details or to add this service to your cleaning.
